{"id":1160,"date":"2022-11-08T15:12:00","date_gmt":"2022-11-08T14:12:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/m9c.idi.ntnu.no\/?page_id=1160"},"modified":"2023-10-03T10:41:05","modified_gmt":"2023-10-03T09:41:05","slug":"multiplier-event-3-the-app","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/m9c.idi.ntnu.no\/index.php\/multiplier-event-3-the-app\/","title":{"rendered":"Multiplier event 3"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ME3 \u2013 The App<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">MIGRANT AND REFUGEE ENTREPRENEURSHIP: A WAY TO THE LABOUR MARKET<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>The third multiplier event was organised from Lithuania, as an international online event,<br>on the 20th of November 2020.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The aim for the event was:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>To learn from the supporting organisations in Lithuania<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To present some of the work done in 9-Conversations<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To have feedback of what we are doing<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To establish contact for further collaboration<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To exchange information and results with other EU projects for refugees<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The target group of the event was:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Lithuanian and European authorities<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support organisations for Migrant \/ refugees<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The project team<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Other EU project groups working with relevant topics<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The event was divided into several parts:<br>A) An overall presentation of Q&amp;A, Life stories and the Evaluation tool in the project<br>B) A presentation of how the App works together with the rest of the 9 conversation resources<br>C) A presentation of the 9 steps of the course and how it could be implemented supported by the facilitation guide<br>D) Presentations from<br>&#8212; a) Jonava district Social Services Center<br>&#8212; b) Social Innovation Fund<br>&#8212; c) European Innovation Centre<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Presentation of work done in 9 conversations<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Thorleif Hjeltnes, the project manager, gave a short introduction of the aims and the tasks in the 9-conversation project.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/9conversations.no\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/12\/bilde.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-2020\"\/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">Thorleif Hjeltnes<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Thorleif Hjeltnes started the 9 Conversation presentations in Zoom with 32 participants present. In the App it is possible to take personal learning notes. &nbsp;A visualization of competences in entrepreneurship as a spiders web shows how progress is made during the 9 weeks entrepreneurship course.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/9conversations.no\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/12\/bilde-3.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-2028\"\/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">Some pictures from the App<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>How the App works was presented by the developer Svein Even Skogen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Practical advices for facilitators, trainers, refugee consultants<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/9conversations.no\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/12\/bilde-4.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-2030\"\/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">Marco Temperini<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Marco Temperini from University of Rome presented the 9 steps of the course.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/9conversations.no\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/12\/bilde-5.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-2032\"\/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">The Course Map<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>The course map shows what activities that should be covered during the 9 weeks and how the resources available in the project can be used. The course can be reached from the App as well.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The facilitators guide<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/9conversations.no\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/12\/bilde-6.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-2033\"\/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">Anne Fox<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Anne Fox have developed a facilitator guide for how to plan and run the course. Both the guide and the course have been tried out in a small scale in a course in Denmark, not supported by the project.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/9conversations.no\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/12\/bilde-7.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-2034\"\/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">Some typical moments during a session<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>The course is based on close dialog in small groups where the participants can discuss their experiences with meeting institutions like banks, municipal offices or small businesses when they work on their Business Model Canvas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Facilitating the Integration of Migrants to the Labour Market through Adult Education<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/9conversations.no\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/12\/bilde-8.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-2035\"\/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">The EU project KYR<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Dr. \u017divil\u0117 Jonynien\u0117 from Social Innovation Fund presented the EU project KYR. The event was planned as a physical event in the Spring this year, but was postponed due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
