In your ePortfolio you should now add some reflections and answer the assignment presented below related to step 5: Customer relationships and channels. Access to the ePortfolio will be given to you by your course provider. Only “level 2-students” will do the last assignment.

Assignment: Customer relationships and channels

In this assignment you should:

  • add customer relationships and channels to your BMC template.
  • engage with the group either to describe your BMC in detail or to give feedback on someone else’s BMC.
  • added a reflective entry to the ePortfolio that addresses at least one of the prompt questions in the reflections.

Level 2 Video assignment: Why should I have a relationship with my customers?

Reflect on the different relationships you can build with your customer. What are the pros and cons for the different customer relationships?
